Today I will be working on the St. Alban's site and attending the SWAT appreciation lunch at noon.

Today I attended the open house, cleaned up a little after, did my facilitator evaluation, typed up my accomplishments page & e-mailed them to Carla, and continued to work on the St. Alban's page for the remainder of the time.

I'm currently working on the St. Alban's website, and I'm going to start thinking about some of my accomplishments so I can send them to Carla.

Today I set up the St. Alban's page to begin working on it. I'm starting on the index page, deciding on whether or not to use a template. I've been searching the Web for some free ones, but haven't seen anything eye catching. I may just go ahead and build it from scratch, working more on it later.

Today I worked on the Studio Art page again, trying to fix a table. After today, I'm just going to focus on the St. Alban's Site. I also attended our weekly meeting. Drew and I are going to be co-directors for next semester.

I received many e-mails today from Katricia for the St. Alban's site. I will be putting all of this information on the storyboard, and it will be pretty complete. Next week I'm going to start putting the site together.

Today I e-mailed Joe Potter about the current picture on the Theatre page. Tom Baker told me to find something better than what is currently on there, possibly a student reading a script. I also worked on changing things around on the Studio Art page in order to make things stand out better, such as changing some headings, getting rid of the table and making an unordered list, moving the picture and breaking the bullets down into two columns.

11:20 AM:
Today I e-mailed Katricia the storyboard I've been working on so far, and a logo I found that she has been looking for. I want to see how she thinks it's coming along. I'm also going to be thinking about some policies for the mid-term to present at the meeting today. After the meeting, I'm going to see Tom Baker.

1:50 PM:
I met with Tom and he showed me a lot more ways to clean up the studio art page. I'm going to start changing things around tomorrow.

Today I'm currently working on the picture that Terry Martin sent me for the Studio Art page again in Photoshop. Tom Baker said he wants the image to "pop" out more. I'm also going to talk more about it with him on Monday when we meet. Last, I will continue working on the Theatre page.

Today I got an e-mail back from Tom Baker. He said he likes how I made the studio art page more readable and wants to meet with me on Monday at 1:00 PM. As of now, I'm going to continue working on the Theatre page.

Today I got an e-mail from Katricia with more information to include on the website. I then put all of that information on the storyboard that I have been working on. I also haven't heard back from Tom about the Studio Art page. For the rest of my day, I'm going to keep working on the Theatre page. So far, I've removed the drop shadow from the original image, using Photoshop and began arranging things around.

Today before our meeting, I worked on the storyboard for the St. Alban's site for about forty minutes. I then attended the meeting, and worked for another forty minutes on the storyboard and got as much done to it as I can at the moment. I'm a little confused about where Katricia wanted some of the pictures to go, so I e-mailed her and also asked her if she had anything else to send me. I'm not sure why Tom Baker hasn't e-mailed me back yet about the two Web pages I redesigned for the Studio Art page. I will try re-sending the e-mail and if I don't get a response, I may go talk to him. For the rest of my time today, I'm going to start working on the Theatre page.

Today I attended the Luncheon at noon. I presented about the new SWAT logo I made and about SWAT's goals. For the rest of my time today I worked on the storyboard for the St. Alban's Website.

Today I did an interview with Brad and Scott for Tyler Hozie. We all thought he was a great candidate. I then attended our regular SWAT meeting and typed up the minutes.

Today I've been trying to figure out when I can do some interviews. On Monday I will be interviewing Tyler Hozie at noon, and I'm free to interview Krista Preiss between 12:10 and 1:50 on Tuesday. For the rest of the day, I'm hoping to figure out the new picture for the studio art page.

Today I sent out and received a couple e-mails about the St. Alban's website. I told Katricia I will start on the storyboard on Monday, and she will have all the text and photos I need by then. I also sent Ms. Bright our logo in Vector format, which is the Illustrator format. Right now I'm looking up some pictures for the church website. I found a good one of the shield for the church that Katricia was talking about.

Today I attended the meeting and learned how we are going to start using the SWAT e-mail. I will be in charge of the St. Alban's site (any messages sent from Katricia Pierson) and taking care of any messages sent about the WWU's art departments. I e-mailed Katricia to see if she had any more pictures for the site because I would like to start making a storyboard. I sent her a picture of the watermark I made to see if she likes it. If she approves or has anymore information to send I will start on the storyboard sometime within my next SWAT hours. As for the studio art page, I'm finishing it up for the rest of my time today. I haven't heard anything back from Tom Baker to see if he likes it or not.
