Attended the SWAT lunch.  Worked on the communication site, went live with the facility bio page.  Worked on the director guidelines, accomplishments, and started my instructor evaluation.  Probably not going to be able to finish the communications page before the end of the semester, but it doesn't have much left, so one of the new members, could easily take it over when they first begin.

I met with tom baker on thursday instead of working on friday.  I discussed with him dr spratt's website, and also some of the communications website issues.  I am going to get the comms site the best I can right now and then I will pass it off for someone else to work on for next semester.

I passed out the flyers to all of the staff members, and also continued working on my accomplishments and new policies and procedures.  Going to try to work on the communication page on wednesday if i get some more information from deb young

So i planned to take more pictures today but the communications department is doing some overhaul in the radio department, so i was unable to take pictures today.  I talked to deb young and she is in the process of getting the blurbs i need and she said they should be done soon.  I also spoke with her about the film studio and getting it somewhat ready so tom baker could come in and take pictures, she said it should be ready before thanksgiving break.  I am hoping.  Also worked a bit more on the policy's and procedures today, and I am almost finished with what I have.  TODAY I DID MY WORK BEFORE 3 SO I WILL NOT BE IN THE SWAT ROOM.

Today we had the meeting, I also sent out the emails for the new members.  Currently working on pictures for the Communications site, also planning on taking pictures on friday, as well as working on the new policy's and procedures that we are going to turn in on the 9th.

Yesterday I finished the swat page, with all the changes tom baker wanted.  I also finished all 3 of the current communications pages.  They have been submitted to tom for approval.  I am organizing a time and such to take pictures for the different concentrations.  I also have a meeting with dr. young tomorrow at 4 pm so that I can get information from her for the faculty pages.

On monday I attended the meeting, also fixed the ethernet cord, it is out of the ceiling and there is one ran to the laptop.  I also met with tom baker at 4 and I have another meeting with him on Tuesday to discuss the swat page, as well as the communications page and some different things that I can do to make the pages look a little better.  Wednesday I will try to get the swat page finished, and hopefully I can get the communications pages cleaned up a little bit.

On Wednesday I sent out an e-mail to the two students that signed up for swat at service learning.  I also built the swat web page however I dont have access to add it to the student organizations page.  I also met with dr. davis about the meeting for next week.

I held our weekly meeting.  Also met with Tom Baker about some things that could be fixed with the communication pages.  I did a bit of work on them for now, and I have e-mailed Dr. Young and Aimee Sapp to discuss things further on the communication pages. Tom said this would be a good idea instead of working blind.  Hopefully I can meet with them sometime this week, if not then I will continue formatting the pages so they comply with the new WWU standards.

I met with Tom Baker on Monday, at 2 pm.  I was assigned the EQS department, but that has been switched and I am now working on the communications site.  I have e-mailed him to make sure that I am ok to start working on the pages.  I dont want to make changes if he does not want them to be made.  I also met with Dr. D about next weeks meeting to make sure that everything that needs to be covered will be covered.  Today I am going to set up the projector and get things rolling with that until I hear back from tom.

Had the monday meeting, which went really well.  Worked on updating all the e-mail, and swat spaces for the new members.  Gonna start working on a swat flyer for another class project. Also worked on making sure everyone had something to do this week, as well as making sure meetings and such we set up and organized.

I have received a large amount of info from Dr. Spratt this week and I have been working on that today.  I reformatted about 100 or so pictures.  I also made some text changes on most of her pages, added text to some and fixed some pictures and links.  I also added 6 or so more pages to her site, which is now getting so large that she could easily have her own host.  More work next week to try to finish it all up before the semester.

Today i didnt have much to do.  I e-mailed dr. Spratt and asked her about more items for the website.  If i dont receive them soon i will have to put her on hold for the rest of the semester.  I also looked over everything that i had finished so far, and tweaked a few minor little details, to  make things look better.  I am going to a lead event at 4 so today I worked from 2:30-4 for my hour and a half.  I am also needing an evaluation form so that she can fill it out.
