31 marzo Tuesday 3/31 - 3 hoursWorked on e-mailing new members, Murph, and Forster about our upcoming lunch. Also told new members about the meeting we want them to attend. I changed passwords for all logins and updated everyone. I e-mailed Scott on what work he needs to do this week, and also about sending me his accomplishments. Put accomplishments together, printed out minutes, blogs, etc. Monday 3/3010:30 met with Dr. D and made the agenda. 12PM had weekly meeting. Wednesday 3/241-3PM Looked at policies and procedures and tried to think of ways to word the new policies and procedures for Interviewing process, and met with Bonnie Carr to test out the form and everything worked perfectly!! Tuesday 3/2311AM - Worked on figuring out Shane's photo gallery template.
1-3PM - Changed all the photo galleries that I had made before, Prelaw and DEX, into the template Shane made. Was very successful. Monday 3/22Met with Dr. D at 10:30, worked up agenda. Made copies and had meeting at 12PM. Tues 3/31- 1.5 hoursToday, I sent out the meeting minutes. I also went to Marshall Robbs office to deliver the evaluation form. I started working on the camtasia tutorial for how to map a network drive in viper. Right now it is found in documents>camtasiastudio>mappingviperdrive. It is complete, but not yet published. Log 3.31Today I emailed Deb Young back to explain to her about what UIT changes and what SWAT can change. I also continued to research different companies pricing scales to help us determine the best price for going outside the school. I also tried to make some more changes on the FA page but was not allowed permission to save. I also have not heard back from Aimee. I worked from 9:05 to 11:15 30 marzo Week of March 30th Today I e-mailed Dr. Spratt and asked her to set up a meeting with her sometime this week so that I could show her what I have been working on. I also finished 3 photo galleries and added another photo gallery page so that all of the other galleries could be linked off of one page. I will hopefully be able to meet with her sometime this week to finish up the website. mar 30I worked with the members page some more. I can get it to call up the information from the database but it pulls up the first members infor for every login. I am still working on how to get it to pull up the info based on the user's login. 26 marzo Thurs 3/26 9-12:00Today, I worked on creating a suggested rubric to use for the interviewing process. I also came up with a variety of questions in which we could use that relate to the rubric. This could help make the selection process easier. I realized I need to get an evaluation to Marshall Robb about the Human performance site that I completed as well. I will get this to him next week. Thursday- 9-12Today I got the service learning pages finished but I still dont have access. I emailed UIT and I havent got anything back. I saved the files on the desktop. 3/26Today I worked on the form Shane sent me and requested to add a few more things. I also tried to get ahold of Aimee to see if there is anything else she would like to have added. I also tried to work on the pages but Viper was down and I was unable to save any of my work. I worked from 9:15-10:30. 25 marzo March 25th Today I finished the whole photo gallery. I had to be logged into swat and not with my name. I still didnt have access to the business page but i think i had access to everything else. I email shane and uit so hopefully that will do it. I have the majority of her space done other than like 9 more picture galleries and then captions. I am going to get everything finished soon. 3/25/ Today I worked on setting up a Google Calendar for the Honor's website. I also came up with some new questions for interviews. mar 25I worked with the code more today for the index page for the members. I have the code to pull up the information from the database but I still need to figure out how to get it to access that information based on the login name of each member. 24 marzo 3.24Today I did research for the cost of outsourcing our services to the public. I called a couple companies as well as found out some prices over the internet. I also added the biography for Deb Young to the communication divisions faculty page. I worked from 9:05 till 10:45. 23 marzo Week of March 23rdI typed up the minutes for today. I also forgot to blog two weeks ago, but I stared on dr.spratt's page. I created two pages for her, and then I also started working on the photo gallery. I was going to work on the photo gallery today, but I have tried numerous things and it continues to say that I don't have permissions. I can't even save anything. I was hoping dr.davis would still be here, but she isnt. I can't even manage the site so that I can have quick access to it. Guess i will try to talk to dr. d tomorrow before I work on wednesday so that I have something to do. mar 23I studied the code from the new swat site to se how i can apply the code from the profile page to the members index page. I need it to call from the database for information based on the user login. 12 marzo Thurs 3/12Today, I changed the link bar on the athletic training page. Before I had the different majors up on top, but on all the other pages they were on the bottom. Therefore I wanted it to look uniform so I switched it to the bottom on the athetic training pages. --When I met with TJ, he said it was ok to leave that but no other changes.
Then I messed with Camtasia and made two videos...one attempting to show how to use camtasia and one in Dreamweaver.
