27 febbraio feb 27I worked on the required courses page for the psychology page some more and still need to add when it is offered and any pre recs before I will be finished with that page. I am still waiting for the psych instructors to send me the info they want on the site. 26 febbraio 2/26 log 10:30-12:00Today I linked all the majors together that fall under the human performance division: physical education, exercise science, sports management, and athletic training. Today I added all the required courses for physical education. As of right now, I am finished with making changes, based on what Marshall gave me. I decided that since Athletic training is maintained by faculty in athletic training I am not gonig to mess with it, except for making a few changes. I have one more page that I need to make for organizations and involvement. I am going to see if Marshall can meet next week to go over the changes I have made thus far. 2/26 Log Today I worked on the required courses for the Communications Website. I put all of the class lists in a table to make it easier to read and sent an email to Aimee explaining to her all of the stuff I would need to make more improvements. I worked from 9:15-11am 25 febbraio Februaury 2411AM-12PM Changed DEX logo on DEX page. Tried to install Camtasia - had to update computer first.
1PM-3PM Started the board on wall with window for Clients - mostly for Dr. D's sake. Made Table Tent advertisement for Tucker. Folded them all and put them on the tables. Feb 25
Today I worked on the required courses page for the psychology website. I had to go into the major/minor checklist to find the required courses and began putting them into a table. I also sent Bryn and e-mail requesting two times that she can interview to become a SWAT member for next semester. February 25-WednesdayToday I worked on the service learning site. Dr. D and I worked with behaviors on trying to get a start on the service learning page to be linked to the William Woods site. Also I emailed Cassie Davis so we could meet next week so I can get the content for her site. I worked from 9:30am to 11:30am. 2/25/09Today I worked from 9:00-11:00. I worked on the Bio page...I received a photo from Kath Mayne and corresponded with her to get a time frame of when I will receive the additional information from her. I also worked on the Honors page, figuring out which information I will use and how I will lay it out on the existing and new pages. 24 febbraio 10:30-12:00Today, I worked on linking all the classes for the Exercise Science department. Sports Management is now complete based on the information I was given. I also started the Physical Education section and will be working on that the rest of this week and possibly some of next week. I e-mailed kristina bright asking if she had any pictures that would relate to this section because I was not given many to work from. Tuesday-1030-1100Today I worked on the service learning mentors page. The pictures would different on firefox than they were on IE. I need to meet with Dr. D. to show her the online tutorial to see if we could actually do it. I will meet with Cassie next week about possibly some more pages and pics as well as deciding whether we could do the tutorial site or not. 2/24 Log Today I worked on the Freshman Advantage Web page and the faculty bio pages for the communications division. I also emailed Tom Frankman back telling him that I would complete the suggestions I gave him last week. I worked from 9:30-11! 23 febbraio Feb 23rd Today I had a meeting with dr. spratt. We discussed everything that she would like done with her website and things are moving a long. She is going to start sending me everything that we talked about and I informed her that the site should be finished by the end of the school year. This looks like is one of those projects that is not very complicated, but it will be spread out throughout the entire semester. I have not looked at the ITP website problem that I was having with the links and UIT but I will do that before I leave for Atlanta on wednesday, and I will be sure to CC: dr. davis on all emails that I send to UIT. Today I updated the handbook page for the education site. Then I went in and created a login for all the members of swat on the new SWAT site. I also added personal pages for Nicole and Beth. 19 febbraio February 19- Service learningI reviewed the Service Learning pages and then I met with Cassie Davis. She wants me to build a website and link it to William Woods. Also she has some touch up work for the Service Learning pages. For some reason I don't have access to the Service Learning folder on Viper. I will meet with her again next week when she has all the content for the pages and site. I worked from 930-1130 18 febbraio Feb 18 2009I replied to Dr. Spratt's email and we are meeting on monday the 23rd at 3:30. I have some ideas about what to do with some of her information but I am not setting anything in concrete due to the fact that I have not seen what she will have for me. Wednesday Feb. 18thToday I emailed Cassie Davis to meet with me this week or next week. I also looked over the service learning pages. 10-11 17 febbraio 2/16/09 Yesterday, I worked on getting documents and information prepared for the honors web pages. I also worked on the budget with Carla. Tues. 2/1711AM-12PM Worked on Humane Society Page. Putting pictures up and linking them to bigger pictures.
1-2PM Finished up the site, fixing various links and gave it over to Murph to put the forms together. I am finished with the Humane Society Site. Mon 2/1610:30 - 11:30AM I met with Dr. D and worked on the agenda. I then typed it up and made copies.
12PM Weekly Swat meeting Tues: 10:15-11:30Today I linked the new sports management to the William Woods Website. I made a few changes on the pages I already had created. I decided to leave Athletic training the way it is because they are in charge of it over there and I don't want to mess with it. I started linking pages in for exercise science.
I sent Marshall an update and asked him to look through what is posted and send me his thoughts and comments my way.
I will be gone on the DEX competition the rest of the week. February 17, 2009Today I worked on the thank you card for Terry Martin, went over to the art building to see if Aimee Sapp was available to meet, and worked on my biography page. I will be meeting with Aimee at 12:40 today to go over the communication division site. |
