24 novembre Nov. 24thI have been creating a navigation bar with Illustrator today for the St. Alban's site and continuing to work on it. 23 novembre Thanksgiving Attended the SWAT lunch. Worked on the communication site, went live with the facility bio page. Worked on the director guidelines, accomplishments, and started my instructor evaluation. Probably not going to be able to finish the communications page before the end of the semester, but it doesn't have much left, so one of the new members, could easily take it over when they first begin. Nov. 23rd Today I will be working on the St. Alban's site and attending the SWAT appreciation lunch at noon. 22 novembre AliciaThe only web work I did this week was Thursday afternoon for an hour copying down Three C’s files to my computer and my external hard drive. I was sick Monday so I missed the SWAT appreciation dinner…. 20 novembre Thursday November 19 Today I worked on the freshman advantage page and slideshow. Also I worked on finishing the redesign for the about the woods page and academics. Also I put up the new home page and tucker dining hall meal schedule. I worked from 11-2. 19 novembre Nov. 19thToday I finished the banner in Photoshop for the St. Alban's site. I then made a gradient on a website and saved it to put in the background for all of the pages. Last, I put the background on every page. 18 novembre WednesdayMonday I attended the meeting/open house. Also worked a bit on the communication faculty page. Today I finished the comms faculty page, and submitted it so tom baker could look at it and let me know if it was ok. Should be about done with the comms pages for this semester, but I will see what he says. 17 novembre Nov. 17thToday I spent my time looking for a new shield to use on the banner that looked more professional for the St. Alban's site. The one I had wasn't working well. I then started working on the banner with the new sheild in Photoshop. This banner will go on every page when I finish it. 16 novembre November 16th Today I attended the open house, cleaned up a little after, did my facilitator evaluation, typed up my accomplishments page & e-mailed them to Carla, and continued to work on the St. Alban's page for the remainder of the time. AliciaWent to the SWAT meeting today-discussed policies, up coming meetings and calendar through the semester. 13 novembre Week of 9th Drew NeudeckerThis week I did the following:
Drew Neudecker Thursday for friday I met with tom baker on thursday instead of working on friday. I discussed with him dr spratt's website, and also some of the communications website issues. I am going to get the comms site the best I can right now and then I will pass it off for someone else to work on for next semester. 12 novembre November 12th I'm currently working on the St. Alban's website, and I'm going to start thinking about some of my accomplishments so I can send them to Carla. 11 novembre Week of November 9This week I emailed our Open House Flier to Debbie Schick to get it out in Today's Rumors. I typed up the minutes from our meeting on Monday and emailed them to everyone. I typed up Policies and Procedures for Interview email process, and my opinion of the Directors job/duty. Week of November 2This week I made the open house flier, sent it to Dr. Davis to get printed and distributed. Wrote out the calendar on the dry erase board. Started working on creating the policies and procedures for the Interview emailing process. 10 novembre week of the 9th I passed out the flyers to all of the staff members, and also continued working on my accomplishments and new policies and procedures. Going to try to work on the communication page on wednesday if i get some more information from deb young Nov. 10th Today I set up the St. Alban's page to begin working on it. I'm starting on the index page, deciding on whether or not to use a template. I've been searching the Web for some free ones, but haven't seen anything eye catching. I may just go ahead and build it from scratch, working more on it later. 09 novembre Nov. 9th Today I worked on the Studio Art page again, trying to fix a table. After today, I'm just going to focus on the St. Alban's Site. I also attended our weekly meeting. Drew and I are going to be co-directors for next semester. 07 novembre AliciaWent to the SWAT meeting on Monday and worked with Three C’s in a Pod’s file clean-up on TurboNet’s web server today, deleting the back-up files that I accidently created.
